Ten Peachtree Place is AGL Resources' corporate headquarters and flagship office. The building is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, an exciting and developing area of the city. Adjacent to the Midtown MARTA public transit station, the building offers views from its 20th floor that are some of the most panoramic in the city.

World-renowned architect Michael Graves designed Ten Peachtree Place. The building features a polished red granite exterior with reflective glass. A 30-foot-high granite arch and bronze entry door panels in the main entrance lead to an elegant lobby.

Ten Peachtree Place was built in 1990, and the interior was completely renovated in 2002. The building renovation won awards for its design, including the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Gold Award for Corporate Projects and The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award for the region presented by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.

The interior is accented with marble floors and eucalyptus wood panels. Building amenities include a fitness center, a cafeteria with indoor and outdoor dining, and an auditorium that seats up to 225 people. The building showcases works of art by regional artists that reflect AGL Resources' Southern roots and commitment to community involvement.
